"Enjoyed my stay at the apartment...excellent location, large spacious 3 bedroom apartment, with a nice kitchen and a dining plus living area. Equipped with everything,, had a washing machine..a small lift which again was a relief.. Kitchen had everythng u require..The area is very easily accessible by da tram or bus. Just nexr to d opera villie station. Everything is walking distance and the beach is nearby. The host was very helpful and ensured v had a lovely stay."

"Fantastic location - located between the old and new towns. Apartment was perfect for a family, spacious and great facilities. Apartment was spotless and even a nice bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival. The Nice jazz festival was on and it was nice to have the windows open listening to the music, we were even lucky enough to hear Tom Jones belting out a few tunes!"

"The apartment was amazing, clean, spacious and the location is great. Magali, the owner, was very nice. The bed are very comfortable and the kitchen very functional. The location was perfect right in the center of Nice with the tramway just beside. There is a grocery store as well as a boulangerie few minutes away from the apartment. We had a great stay!"

"The location of this apartment is fantastic- especially if you are travelling with children. It is located very nearby a tram station, and there is a great park and water play area extremely close by for kids. Walking into the old town to visit restaurants etc. takes only moments and the beach is also a relatively easy walk. The apartment is a very good size for larger groups. The views from the apartment were wonderful and although it is right in the heart of the city it is still reasonably quite. We appreciated that there was air conditioning units in each room which was very nice after being out in the hot Nice summer during the day. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again!"

"The only thing worth mentioning, is that the apartment is several flights of stairs from the ground floor. There is a small (very old European style) elevator that allows easier access to the apartment but using the elevator requires exiting on a different floor and taking a single flight of stairs either up or down. This is not at all a big deal for the average person but could be a problem for those with mobility issues and families with strollers need to be prepared to carry a stroller/luggage up or down one flight. Otherwise it was perfect!"
